Major mixed-use project coming to Latsia

Cyview is taking another major step in real estate development in the Nicosia area, acquiring the plot that once hosted the famous Ginger Swimming Pool in Latsia. The company plans a mixed-use project covering 6,186 square metres, representing a strategic investment of several million euros aimed at upgrading the urban landscape of the area.

The development will include a multifunctional centre for housing, accommodation, recreation, and corporate hospitality. The project benefits from a flexible building plan, allowing high building density on part of the plot, and construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026.

Cyview’s CEO, Andreas Michael, emphasized that the project is designed to combine aesthetics, functionality, and respect for the urban environment, creating a new reference point in Nicosia for both residential and hospitality spaces, as well as large corporate events.
