A new mall is coming to Limassol
Limassol is about to get even more exciting with a new shopping center. While My Mall Limassol is getting bigger by Atterbury in Mesa Gitonia, something interesting is happening in Ayios Athanasios.
A fresh shopping center is being developed for East Limassol. It's meant to serve people living there and visitors from nearby areas and communities.
This upcoming mall will find its spot close to the Linopetra roundabout, specifically in the Jumbo area, in the Agios Athanasios municipality. The land, which covers a big 45,000 square meters, mostly belongs to the Papantoniou supermarket chain.
This interesting project is currently undergoing complete preparation. The exciting stages toward the completion of this enormous project are being made as plans and related studies are presently being completed, and the granting of required permits is awaiting.
Behind this promising shopping project stands a key shareholder group composed of Nicosia Mall and Papantoniou Hypermarkets.
It's worth noting that the major shareholders in the Lakatamia shopping center include Athienitis Contractors (33.5%), Zorpa Group (16.9%), Voici La Mode Group (15.06%), Classmark Holdings Limited (11%), Morissona Holdings Limited (11%), PHC Franchised Restaurants (9.41%), and Athienitis Hypermarket (3.76%).
The location chosen for this new Limassol shopping center is no accident. It offers easy access from the motorway, making it convenient for people from the eastern municipalities and communities of the city.
Expect to find a variety of various brands and retailers serving both the local populace and the upmarket districts of Limassol, where technology and forex businesses have been booming.
Get ready, because this is where every shopping lover will want to be.
