Events you don’t want to miss in Cyprus in December 2023

December's here, and it promises to be full of exciting things. We're talking festive vibes from Limassol to Nicosia and everywhere in between. Christmas festivals and concerts that'll make your heart happy. Stick with us as we share all the December fun happening on our awesome island!

1-14 December: Santa Lefkara (Pano Lefkara)

Beginning on November 25 and lasting through January 14th, Lefkara Village in the Larnaca District is transformed into a magnificent Christmas wonderland. Experience the unique Santa Lefkara Festival, a mesmerizing event for people of all ages.

1 December: Ypsonas Christmas Wonderland (Ypsonas Municipal Theater)

Come celebrate Christmas in Limassol at Ypsonas with the amazing light show and happenings that go until the end of December. A joyful start to the festive season is promised as the magic happens from 17:00 to 22:00.

1-22 December: Kyperounta Christmas Village (Kyperounta Village)

Journey to Kyperounta's Christmas Village, open from November 25 to December 17 (Friday to Sunday) and daily from December 22 to January 7. Celebrate the spirit of the holidays among delicious dishes and snacks in this lovely village.

1 December: The Nutcracker (Nicosia Municipal Theater)

Experience the ballet "The Nutcracker" by the European Classical Ballet at Nicosia Municipal Theater on December 1st at 19:30. This timeless classic offers an evening of excitement with performances in Paphos and Limassol on December 2nd and 3rd. Adult tickets cost €49, while children under 12 pay €34.

1 December: Ilias Kampakakis (Nyx Live Experience, Nicosia)

Don't miss Ilias Kampakakis' performance at Nyx Live Experience in Nicosia on December 1st. It will be a wonderful evening of music and performance.

2 & 3 December: MSB Festival (St. Raphael Resort, Limassol)

Join the festive Mind, Body, and Spirit event at the MBS Wellbeing Festival on December 2nd and 3rd in St. Raphael Resort & Marina, Limassol. Discover self-exploration, inner healing, relaxation, and fun, surrounded by a spiritual atmosphere.

2 December: Minus One (Revens Music Hall)

Ravens Music Hall hosts the rock band Minus One on December 2nd. A live performance with their biggest hits of the Eurovision Song Contest will keep you swinging all night. Tickets, priced at €15, include a free drink.

3 December: Danae Christou Stand-up Comedy (Kyklos Music Theater)

Laugh into December with Danae Christou's caustic satire "I'M STILL HERE!!!" at Kyklos Music Theater. The sold-out success of her previous show led to this hilarious comeback, which blends comedy and music.

3 December: A Crescendo of Dreams (Nicosia Municipal Theater)

On December 3rd at 17:00, Nicosia Municipal Theatre hosts "A Crescendo of Dreams" by Sistema Cyprus. Join 160 young musicians from Larnaca and Nicosia as they present a unique musical program, including compositions from around the world, symbolized by Arturo Marquez's "Alas a Malala," dedicated to equality and peace.

4 December: Thalassinos & Antonopoulou (Pattihio Theatre Limassol)

On December 4, Pantelis Thalassinos and Rita Antonopoulou will perform the most amazing pieces by well-known composers. Enjoy the melodic journey including Sougioul, Giannidis, Tsitsanis, Vamvakaris, and other artists.

7 December: Alkinoos Ioannidis (Nicosia Municipal Theatre)

Alkinoos Ioannidis returns to his homeland at the International Festival of Nicosia 2023 on December 7th. Go to the Municipal Theater of Nicosia to listen to his new music, both orchestrally and sonically.

8-10 December: Episkopi Christmas Festival (Episkopi)

From December 8th to 10th, Episkopi in Limassol invites you to its Christmas Festival. Enjoy a range of treats and activities as you get into the Christmas spirit.

9 December: Roll out electronica (Sllip Club, Nicosia)

Attend the creative electronic music workshop on December 9th at Sllip Club in Nicosia. As part of the Sonic Sage Festival, DJs and musicians will explore digital audio workstations, midi hardware controllers, and electronic music instruments, culminating in a Hybrid Set.

9 December: Starlight 2 (Pattihio Theatre Limassol)

On December 9th, watch the return of Ukrainian pianist Igor Tchetuev with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra at the Pattihio Theatre. Enjoy his performance of Rachmaninov's Third Piano Concerto and Tchaikovsky's Symphony no. 4.

9 December: Frangoulis & Perris (Strovolos Municipal Theater)

On December 9, Marios Fragoulis and Giorgos Perris will host a magical Christmas glala that promises to be a star-studded party. All profits will be donated to the Foundation for Children with Cancer and Leukemia "Hope."

10 December - 7 January: Ice Age Park (Limassol Old Port)

Visit Limassol Old Port to go on an educational adventure during the Ice Age. This one-of-a-kind exhibition, which will run from December 10 to January 7, promises to wow guests with its realistic interactive experience.

10 December: Stavento & Ivi Adamou (Episkopi)

13 December: Let there be rock (Savino, Larnaca)

Rock fans, save December 13th at Savino in Larnaca on the schedule for an incredible show. Expect a night full of unforgettable tunes as a 5-piece band plays rock classics and rock 'n' roll favorites.

15-17 & 22 December: The Secret of Santa Claus (My Mall, Limassol)

See "The Secret of Santa Claus" at My Mall in Limassol from December 15–17 and on December 22. It's a fantastic adventure. An unforgettable and engaging experience will be provided with a 360° dome projection, virtual reality immersion, and interactive games.

15-17 December: Kolossi Christmas Festival (Kolossi, Limassol)

Visit the Square of the church of Apostolos Andreas and Agia Fotini in Kolossi from December 15th to 17th. The village invites you to its Christmas Festival, with a wonderful Christmas village, delicacies and creations.

15-17 December: Kiti Christmas Festival (Kiti, Larnaca)

Kiti village in the Larnaca District invites you from December 15th to 17th to its unique Christmas Festival. This festival will put you in the festive atmosphere straight away.

15 December: Christmas Street (Skala Theater, Larnaca)

On December 15th, Skala Theatre in Larnaca transforms into Christmas Street. Take in the joyful feelings and participate in the holiday celebrations with a €10 ticket.

15 December: Symphonic Rebetiko (Pattihio Theater Limassol)

The Symphony Orchestra of the Municipality of Limassol presents "Symphonic Rebetiko" by Yiannis Belonis on December 15th. This musical performance is part of the Series of Events at the Pattihio Theater, "Great Greek Composers."

15 December: Last Man Standing (Jubilee Hotel, Troodos)

Party at the Last Man Standing event on December 15th at the Jubilee Hotel in Troodos. With DJs Tania, Pat Siaz, African Stevenson, and Alex Cle, the music won't stop until the last person is standing.

16-17 December: Fairytale Christmas Festival (Cyherbia Botanical Park, Avgorou)

16 December: The Legends Reunion (Jubilee Hotel, Troodos)

Join the Annual Winter Hotel Event on December 16th at the Jubilee Hotel in Troodos. Enjoy the electronic sets and vibes from favorite DJs Kerry, Gees, Sunset Derek, and Argy K.

17 December: Andre Rieu (Pantheon Theater, Nicosia)

Children can enjoy a plethora of activities, including puppet theater, magicians, Santa's corner, photo opportunities with Santa Claus, home cinema, cartoons, choirs, occupational workshops, face painting, and more.

20 December: Katerina Lioliou (Megaro Music Hall, Xylofagou)
